Thank you very much for your email. We returned home from Europe on 23rd May after a fantastic honeymoon, and of course, a beautiful wedding!!! Haike, it was so lovely to meet you at long last. There is absolutely no doubt that I could not have organized our wedding in Switzerland without you. Tom and I appreciate everything you did to make our day so special.

Thank you also for sending a few photos! Everyone has been asking about the photos and I've been dying to see them myself. Of course, now I'd really like to see the rest.

If we had to do it again, I would use Swiss SE. Martin was very helpful and not pushy. Any questions we had were always answered, and after going out to Switzerland and checking the venue and meeting Martin Dobes, we knew our wedding was going to be perfect. We wanted something totally unique and surrounded with snow. Once we saw Schilthorn, the James Bond 007 Venue, we knew we had to have it there.

I again can't thank you enough for all your hard work. We just had such a special time there in Switzerland and shall never forget it.

The service and communication we received was excellent. Our Wedding Coordinator, Haike was fantastic. The time between when we enquired through the website to the actual wedding day was relatively short. Haike responded to all our queries quickly and was extremely helpful throughout. Her advice was invaluable in getting everything organised. On the wedding day the service was spot on, Haike was there, she stood back and got involved at the right times when she needed to. We could not have asked for a better day or service. Apologies, but we can not think of how you could become better at providing a service!

Having initially spoken with Martin Dobes via telephone and then meeting him in London we realised he would be able to help us organize exactly what we wanted. We wanted something small where we could also snowboard with our friends for the week but also have a proper white wedding.

Martin was very quick and punctual about coming straight back to me by phone and email. He came across as very efficient and put me at ease straight away. I didn't know what to expect from a wedding planner but we knew we needed help with the planning as had no idea where to start. Once we had decided we wanted to do it in Switzerland we definitely wanted Martin and his company involved, we would probably not have done it had we not spoken with your company.

The service provided by Swiss SE was excellent, and the whole process was made so much easier for Andy and I having people doing the leg work for us. The inspection trip was brilliant as it was a great way of choosing everything from venue, accommodation, flowers, church, etc., all in one trip. Then we could carry on with the finer details. The support from both Haike and Martin throughout the process was second to none and I could always get hold of them straight away.

The communication and time spent on calls, emails etc., was very attentive and the whole service we received was great. We would love to be references for Swiss Special Events ... We truly had the best wedding week ever - it went like clockwork and everyone that came said it was amazing. Everyone said that Kate was the most relaxed bride ever and seemed really chilled (which is not normally in my nature!) this was due to the fact that we were 100% confident that Haike and the staff had everything under control. It was great we could just sit back and enjoy the day

I just wanted to also mention how brilliant Haike was. We hadn't met and she came into the process later on and she was excellent. She made me feel very confident in what I wanted and the decoration etc etc... She was excellent at building a rapour with me over the phone and by email and was great at calming me down when I got stressed about things. I would always recommend using a wedding planner as it really does take away so much of the stress. We will be definitely keeping in touch with you guys and hope to see you next time when we are next in Verbier.

Communication was very good and on initial communication they appeared professional and confident that they could organise the wedding exactly how you wanted it to be. They were also able to facilitate us in a short period of time as we initially wanted to get married within two months of our initial queries.

Everything was organised to perfection with no stress or hassle to the bride and groom. We were very impressed at the service and communication from the beginning of planning our wedding right through until the day after - even now if I have any queries eg about photos etc Martin and Katerina are quick to respond - very good follow up service and you certainly do not feel like they have forgotten about you which is very nice. I really don't think they could have done more to make our day special. Thank you again!

I have to say, I can not remember a time when I was so thoroughly, absolutely, perfectly satisfied with a service. The work was done beautifully. We felt as if we were in very good hands and that we were "taken care of" from the very beginning of our relationship. We feel also, that everyone performed their duties with tremendous dignity, and poise, and professionalism. Lily and I were just commenting on how the experience was something more like being with friends and that the company of the team added, immensely, not just to our wedding, but to our entire stay in Switzerland. Martin, Katerina, and Klara were a delight to share time with socially and, additionally, they performed their duties with impossible grace. Also, I'd like to add that I'd made an observation while we were receiving our official paperwork. On that day we ran late because Lily and I had missed our train. I could see how much it bothered Martin to have been late to his meeting and I remember he apologized twice and with all sincerity to the person we'd met with. I believe this says allot about the quality, the professionalism and the dignity which Martin possesses and to the high standard to which he holds himself and his staff. Lily and I were very impressed at that moment and I think it's this reverence, and value of excellence that makes your team so great. Everything was wonderful. You've done a beautiful job and we couldn't possibly have asked for more.

The communication and the amount of detail that Martin provided to assist us in making the decision was superb.
